Shooting League Karnataka (SLK) — organised by Trigger Tacticians — needed a way to manage a live auction for 8 competing teams bidding on 129 professional shooters within a ₹1.75 Crore budget per team. Manual spreadsheets created errors, slowed decisions, and gave teams no strategic advantage. We designed and built a custom web application from scratch that not only eliminated all of that — but went further by embedding an AI Strategy Advisor that guides teams in real time during the high-pressure auction.
A live sports auction is one of the most chaotic, time-pressured environments imaginable. 8 teams. 129 shooters across multiple event categories. A strict ₹1.75Cr budget cap. Rules around squad composition — 11 shooters per team, event-wise minimums, owner-shooter restrictions. Beyond the core platform, we embedded an AI Strategy Advisor that analyses the available shooter pool, your remaining budget, and your squad gaps — then tells you exactly what to bid on and what to avoid. The AI Strategy Advisor is not a generic recommendation engine. It understands your specific squad state — how many shooters you've signed per event category, how much budget remains, what the remaining shooter pool looks like, and how your spend compares to other teams.
